Cobalt paintings showing at Easter 2022 art show Potter Heigham

The popular Easter show is going ahead this year at the Potter Heigham village hall.

On one panel I am showing some oil paintings from the Cobalt series. They are abstracted forms inspired by collecting the wet stones off Caister beach. The smaller paintings are studies on canvas board mounted on plywood and framed. 43 x 23cm. Emotion, Flow, Section and Pathway are their names.

The large one is oil on canvas, called Curves 120 x 100cm. It has six layers of paint brushed onto the canvas and detailed with palette knives.

Located in the heart of the Norfolk Broads, the village hall has plenty of parking and a variety of art, prints cards and books for sale.
