Sir John Hurt Art Prize
The Sir John Hurt Art Prize, and the more recent Sworders Art Prizes which accompany it, are a momentous tribute to John’s love and passion for the Arts. Based in his beloved East Anglia, the quality and standard of entrants increases year on year with entries from regional and nationally renowned artists and amateur practitioners with an eagerness to create. I look forward to seeing how the prize develops.

Fine Artist and Judge 2020 Art Prizes
The Shortlist Exhibition for the Charlotte Fraser Ceramics Prize will be held at St Andrew’s Church (adjacent to the festival exhibition Craxton-Picasso, which includes Picasso Ceramics from The Attenborough Collection). It will open to the public on Saturday 23rd July (closed Sunday 24th 1-30-3pm for a wedding) and runs until Sunday 31st (10am – 4pm).
